Orietta Residencial asub Mindelos, 700 meetri kaugusel Praia Da Laginhast ja 1,1 km kaugusel Torre de Belemist. Tubades on konditsioneer ja privaatne vannituba. I chose Orietta Residencial based on exceptional other reviews, mentioned facilities and friendly atmosphere, and proximity to the Port (for travel to Santo Antao), main streets of Mindelo, and Laginha Beach. In all cases this was a fantastic choice. The Italian couple who run Orietta, and their team, are unbelievably friendly and helpful with a determination to make even the smallest stay perfect. The location is on a quiet street very close to everything, and with an amazing interior courtyard. The top terrace overlooking the pool is a nice relaxed sunny spot for breakfast but also to work and in the evening to have a few drinks during sunset. It is cooler and less rushed and noisy than the rest of Mindelo, away from some of the hassles in town. The room was cool, very tidy, with everything you need, including a marble bathroom with a large, reliable shower. Everything was spotlessly tidy and clean and the terrace area is perfectly designed to allow guests to feel at home and to easily relax. As the hosts also made is possible for me to arrive early (from the airport) and leave late (for the port), I can say with certainty their only focus is the well being of guests. From walking round Mindelo I can also say with certainty they have the best place!

Casa JPi asub São Pedro mere ääres, 100 meetri kaugusel Sao Pedro rannast ja 12 km kaugusel Torre de Belemist. Kohapeal on restoran, ööpäevaringne valve ja majapidamisteenus. If we knew our experience will be as great, we would definitely book for a longer stay! The village is still so authentic and very safe. We love the warmth, pureness and privacy the JP and his team offer. There is only 3 rooms in the house which allows for the quiet and homy feeling. We were lucky to have the room with the balcony which offers the best possible view. All the furniture and equipment is modern and well taken care of. The water is really warm (not always the case in Cabo Verde). We very much enjoyed the home made breakfasts and dinners. Will miss the very special marmalade, cakes, punch and the chats with the team and the guests we met! We wish you a wonderful stay and hope to be back too!

Private Apartament Celestina & Carlos asub Mindelos, 400 meetri kaugusel Praia Da Laginhast ja 1,9 km kaugusel Torre de Belemist. Tubades on konditsioneer ja privaatne vannituba. Celestina and Carlos are lovely people. Very generous. The apartment was clean, comfortable, very close to the beach and within a walking distance from the centre. I do recommend it wholeheartedly.

Mindelos asuv Apartamento Sta. Filomena on hiljuti renoveeritud majutusasutus, mis asub Torre de Belemist ja Capvertdesign Artesanatost 2,7 km kaugusel. We did not have a very good stay but the owners were very reactive to resolve everything. I am sure they will make the necessary improvements in the future. The apartment itself is great.

Amazing contact with the owner, very helpful and let us check in and out flexibly! Thank you again! The flat is just amazing, comfortable and has everything the flat for rental.should have. It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment! We regret staying only 1 day ;)

Filomena Apartments LUXURY asub Mindelos, 700 meetri kaugusel Praia Da Laginhast ja 2,4 km kaugusel Torre de Belemist. Kohapeal on konditsioneer. First of all the view to the sea is amazing. The apartment is new and well equipped. We had some minor issues (because it is a new building) during our stay, but the owner came and quickly made improvements. Owner was friendly and did everything he could that our stay would be pleasant. He gave some good tips of restaurants and other places we should visit.
