Located just 1.1 km from Praia Da Laginha, As Hortênsias features accommodation in Mindelo with access to a rooftop pool, a garden, as well as a shared kitchen. I liked everything: the staffing is great, friendly and helpful, the.place is super clean, the bed is confortable, the terrace is really nice, the location is perfect, next to restaurants and bars, and museums, the harbor at walking distance and the beach praia da laginha is also at walking distance and if you prefer you can catch the bus

Situated within 700 metres of Praia Da Laginha and 1.1 km of Torre de Belem, Orietta Residencial features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Mindelo. I chose Orietta Residencial based on exceptional other reviews, mentioned facilities and friendly atmosphere, and proximity to the Port (for travel to Santo Antao), main streets of Mindelo, and Laginha Beach. In all cases this was a fantastic choice. The Italian couple who run Orietta, and their team, are unbelievably friendly and helpful with a determination to make even the smallest stay perfect. The location is on a quiet street very close to everything, and with an amazing interior courtyard. The top terrace overlooking the pool is a nice relaxed sunny spot for breakfast but also to work and in the evening to have a few drinks during sunset. It is cooler and less rushed and noisy than the rest of Mindelo, away from some of the hassles in town. The room was cool, very tidy, with everything you need, including a marble bathroom with a large, reliable shower. Everything was spotlessly tidy and clean and the terrace area is perfectly designed to allow guests to feel at home and to easily relax. As the hosts also made is possible for me to arrive early (from the airport) and leave late (for the port), I can say with certainty their only focus is the well being of guests. From walking round Mindelo I can also say with certainty they have the best place!

Casa JPi is located on the seafront in São Pedro, 100 metres from Sao Pedro Beach and 12 km from Torre de Belem. The view from hotel was amazing and very clean. Jean Pierre had prepared breakfast and dinner for us which was very large quantity and delicious. He was very gentle to accomplish any request we had.

In Mindelo - this place is easy and no stress.

Offering a terrace and views of the sea, Maderal is set in Mindelo in the Sao Vicente Region. Free private parking is available on site. Some rooms feature a seating area where you can relax. The owner herself, she is very kind. Plus the house is well equipped and has a nice view of MontCara

Set in Mindelo, Apartamento Sta. Filomena is a recently renovated accommodation, 2.7 km from Torre de Belem and 2.7 km from Capvertdesign Artesanato. We did not have a very good stay but the owners were very reactive to resolve everything. I am sure they will make the necessary improvements in the future. The apartment itself is great.

Offering quiet street views, Apartamentos Beira-Mar is an accommodation set in Mindelo, 300 metres from Praia Da Laginha and 2 km from Torre de Belem. The apartment was brand new and in a very good location, 2min walking distance to Laginha beach and many amenities around(supermarket, restaurants,close to bus stop) . Irina was very responsive and always managed to help us on any situation. Internet connection was ok to work. The flat was very clean and there is cleaning 1 day per week. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.

Set in Mindelo, 700 metres from Praia Da Laginha and 2.4 km from Torre de Belem, Filomena Apartments LUXURY offers air conditioning. First of all the view to the sea is amazing. The apartment is new and well equipped. We had some minor issues (because it is a new building) during our stay, but the owner came and quickly made improvements. Owner was friendly and did everything he could that our stay would be pleasant. He gave some good tips of restaurants and other places we should visit.

Offering city views, Tia Nita Apartamentos is an accommodation set in Mindelo, less than 1 km from Praia Da Laginha and a 13-minute walk from Torre de Belem. Very new and modern apartment that had everything you needed. Very good location close to the beach and main town
