A good location for a relaxing holiday in Palomino, Jaba Jan Hostal is a guest house surrounded by views of the river. I loved this hostel! I went with a group of friends and it was an amazing experience. The staff are sooo nice and food is so yummy!

Perfect place to stay in Palomino! The staff is super friendly and can help you book tubing if you want. Beautiful cat and cute puppy in the lobby! The rooms are very comfortable, and we enjoyed the hammocks on the patio—incredible views of the mountains! It’s close to the bus stop on the main road and just a 20 minute walk to the beach. Would highly recommend!

Located in Ríohacha in the Guajira region, Apartamento #3 completo en excelente ubicación features a patio. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Our host Olga was really welcoming and helpful! We've only spent a night there and did not have much time, but in case we would have wanted to cook, the kitchen would have provided us with everything!

What makes this place special is it's owner. One of the very few Colombian owners in Palomino. Therefore he has to tell many interesting stories if you want to learn more about Palomino, it's people and surroundings. (He wants to learn English but so far only speaks Spanish). Antoher big plus is the space you have on the hostel grounds. There is a swimming pool, an eating area with breakfast included. They will offer you different breakfast options if you simply ask them. There are baby turtles, a garden and space to put down your yoga mat on the grass if you want to work out. The location is excellent. You are only a few minutes walk from the beach and the restaurants and stores. It's quiet. There are no dogs but you are welcome to bring your pet along.

Has a kitchen with everything you need and beautiful garden. The owner, Ger, is a wonderful person and he can guide you to the indigenous people village and tell interesting stories about culture and fauna. We really liked the place and felt like at home, so even decided to extend our booking from 2 to 4 nights. They have laundry service also.

Tents are spacious and the private space beneath the tent with hammocks and jacuzzi are great.

Owner was very kind and accommodating; he made us tea when we were unwell and organised the delivery of an item I had left in the room from Palomino to Santa Marta. Highly recommend!
