The family that run the Cabana are the best. Very helpful and relaxed and they do washing too! They also generously let us pay via PayPal because there is no cash machine in the village and we were low on cash. ( We are stupid British tourists). They have the most adorable dog and cats! The breakfast pizza we had was the best breakfast we've had from any hostel we have stayed in this trip! I don't usually write reviews regularly but because the family went above and beyond for us. :) Thank you! Bryn and Emma x

Pelican House Hostel on rannaäärne külalistemaja El Valles, mis pakub külalistele säästvat majutust maalilise merevaatega. Majutusasutusest avaneb vaade aiale ja sisehoovile. The Pelican is the best hostel to stay in El Valle. Jungle, beach, ocean, whales jumping every day, what more can you ask for?? The hostel is very clean and you feel at home right away. Stayed for two weeks and still didn't want to leave. Ofhorse I'll be back!!

The Hill B&B (El Morro Hosteria) pakub lemmikloomasõbralikku rannaäärset majutust El Valles - Bahia Solano piirkonnas. Beautiful property run by very lovely staff. Very clean and spacious in a perfect location. Breakfast was amazing.

Popochos Beach Eco-Lodge asub Nuquí rannikul. Majutusasutusel on aed. Puhkekeskuses on peretoad. Puhkekeskuse majutusruumides on istumisnurk. Wow, what an amazing place! Both the lodge and the area itself. It was way better and way less complicated and "rough" than I thought so I'll leave a detailed review. I flew to Nuqui from Medellin EOH in 30 min with Clic air/ex-EasyFly (which I recommend, they have new ATRs, bigger planes than others flying here which is helpful if you get turbulence along the way). Flights were on time both ways. After you pay the Nuqui entrance tax, you turn slightly left and then right and walk 2-300 meters to the tourist port/muelle turístico. Claro and Tigo have coverage here but if you have another Colombian SIM you are covered too due to Roaming Automático Nacional (I got H+ speeds with my SIM from WOM, not sure if having a SIM from Claro gets you 4G or the same; speed was enough for browsing and posting pics, don't think it works for video call). Previously you would have messaged the host (on wapp) who sends a boat/lancha to pick you up. 2-3$ and 10 min later (this trips itself is nice) you are at the lodge. The tent I had was right by the beach and the area had hammocks and a comunal, new and clean, bathroom/shower area. Shower water is not hot but not cold either, it feels fresh. You can buy food, drinks, water, coconut etc from the host, very affordable. This stretch of beach can be reached only by boat and the accommodation is the only one in the area so you'll have kms of beach by yourself (+ crabs/cangrejos haha). It's very easy to travel to Nuqui, the lancha that got you here can be called for you by the host (Niqui has more places to eat, grocery stores, pharmacy etc so no need to overplan things like I did haha; host can help you to even get food delivery from Nuqui!). The whale watching tour that the host booked for me was very nice too and not only it includes whale (and dolphins!) watching but it also goes to a nice, more populated beach area and to Termales.

Personal võib korraldada transporditeenust.... The place is very isolated and accessible by 2h hike on the beach. Even more there you got a Mirador this is the place to be in El Valle if you're looking for rest, tranquility or unusual experience. Moreover Doña Ne is taking care of you as wanted.

HOSTAL EL DESCANSO asub Capurganá linnas, Capurganá rannast vaid 500 meetri kaugusel. Kohapeal on aed, ühine puhkeruum ja turismiinfo. Kohapeal on ühine köök, täispäevane valve ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus.... The owner was amazing!! He brought us coffee, was super smiley and made us feel super at home. The rooms were perfect and it was such a good price!

Aia, terrassi ja aiavaatega Hostal Portal Del Sol asub Capurganá linnas, vähem kui 1 km kaugusel Capurganá rannast. Majutusasutuses on terve päeva valve ja piknikuala. Portal del Sol is a hidden jewel! It is run by the most adorable couple, Carlos and Maricela, who were very helpful, attentive to the needs of their guests, and kind. Portal del Sol is tucked away in a lush garden setting and is located adjacent to the Sapzurro trailhead. It is quiet and peaceful, and an easy 10 minute walk to the center of Capurgana and to the beach. When I first arrived, Carlos gave me a tour of Capurgana, pointing out places to eat, swim, shop and how to find my way back to Portal del Sol. Hint! Look for the blue wall. My room was clean and simple with everything a person needs to be comfortable - bed, fan, shower and toilet. Now let’s talk about the breakfasts. THE BREAKFASTS!!! They were incredible, with something different and unique every day, including fresh juice from one of Carlos and Maricela’s many fruit trees. Breakfast often included a traditional Colombian dish, too. So good and filling, you won’t need to eat again until dinnertime. And you get to enjoy your breakfast in their lovely garden - the perfect way to start your day! Portal del Sol is a small establishment, with just 3 (or maybe 4 ) cabins. Everything was well-cared for, tidy and super safe. I stayed at Portal del Sol six nights and could have easily stayed much longer because it was so comfortable and because of the hospitality of Carlos and Maricela.

Casa de Vacaciones ECOWASI VERAS asub Capurganá rannast 600 meetri kaugusel. Majutusruumides on istumisnurk. Apartemendil on ka privaatne sissepääs. Aiavaatega apartemendis on piknikuala. The location is good - on the outskirts of Capurgana (it can get noisy at night closer to the center), close to jungle. The kitchen is a bit basic but ok. The terrace with hammocks is nice.
