The 5-star Giardino Violetta is situated at the foothills of Monte Bré in Lugano-Castagnola and offers panoramic views of Lake Lugano and a private romantic garden with palm trees. The host was available for us to help solve some of our travel interruptions and difficulties. He was so understanding and helpful. He really put us at ease and was so considerate to our travel issues. When the European converters we brought didn't fit, he even loaned us some that fit! He even texted in at the end of our stay to make sure all was going well. We definitely would love to come back again. The garden and lake view was so peaceful and relaxing after a difficult train travel journery.

Boasting garden views, Romantic Bijou features accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 2 km from Exhibition Center Lugano. Absolutely beautiful! Indeed a bijoux! Loved the location in a very quiet and peaceful place. We didn't know before we booked but it is right at the beginning of the famous walk path between Castagnola and Gandria, which takes about 45 minutes one way. The host, Bernhard, was very pleasant, give us all the information we needed and responded to our questions almost immediately. Thank you 🥰

Extremely clean, beautifully done apartment 2. The view is wonderful 3. They have a little private garden by the lake with chairs 4. The luna apartment on the first floor may get a bit noisy with traffic but has a long balcony that makes up for it. 5 the bathroom is huge when compared to what you see in zurich/Lucerne 6. Melide cantine station is less than 2 min walk from the apartment 7. They keep bus time tables and tourist guides at the entrance which is very helpful. 8. Car parking availabile And not to mention paola who is always available to help with any query.
