The property is simple and beautiful I had a room by the swimming pool which was perfect , the room was big and they had a bike rent one of the cheapest in hoi an , Ann the lady on the on the front desk was fantastic helpful even when I didn’t like a tour that I booked they insisted to make an effort and make extra discount and a lot of Appoligies , I would definitely come back again

Everything. Location is very convenient, just a couple of minutes from the old town. The staff was super helpful, with lots of suggestions on food and activities. We booked a tour and a show through them, getting better prices than online. The place offers free bikes, although we didn't use them. The room is nice and the bed very comfy. Very clean, AC working well. The bathroom is spacious and with a glass between the shower and the rest, so sink and toilet don't get wet, something we didn't find often here.

Our stay at Vincent's home was exceptional. Vincent and his family are superb hosts, incredibly helpful and kind. Vincent provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, and tips for currency exchange and obtaining SIM cards. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with complimentary bicycles available. The room was clean and comfortable. And tasting Vincent's mother's banana pancakes made it clear why they're mentioned in all the reviews - they're a must-try! Thank you!

This homestay definitely deserves a glowing review. The location is close to delicious food, walking streets and the bridge to An Hoi. It is located down a quiet alley and is well signed to assist in finding your way home. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything was high quality and well maintained. Khang and his companion were warm, kind and went out of their way to be helpful. They also arranged for our transportation to the airport when we left town. The price was cheaper than Grab and the ride was comfortable and safe. Without a doubt I would stay here again if given the chance.
