Friendly staff, pleasant appearance of that apparently new building and useful lobby that makes wating comfortable. The bed was clean and comfortable - not too soft and not too hard. The bedroom and the bathroom were clean. Some power sockets are equipped with USB, which is good for people who don't have adapters enough for the british socket system.
