I think this is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Clean, beautiful, great pool, great service, loved the breakfast - EVERYTHING! The beds were also very comfortable. Loved it!

I had the best time at Solar de Santo Andre. Eduarda is a great hostess and the whole team at Solar de Santo Andre is very accommodating, hospitable, helpful and friendly. The house has been painstakingly renovated and the old rooms from earlier times have been made incredibly beautiful. The rooms, which are open to the public, are reminiscent of how Ponta Delgada used to be and how people used to live there. The guest rooms are very modern and equipped with all the necessary details to make you want to spend time there. I had booked the studio and was absolutely satisfied. The rooms are nicely furnished, are cleaned daily and you have everything you need for your vacation. Breakfast is served in the kitchen with a large table where all guests can sit down. The breakfast offers everything your heart desires: different types of bread, a selection of cold meats and cheese, fruit, yoghurt, coffee or tea is served as well as a homemade juice that varies daily. All guests meet at breakfast and the room invites you to chat. The garden with pool is perfect for relaxing after an eventful day. I had a wonderful time at the Solar de Santo Andre and can only recommend anyone to stay there!

The host was very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, close to all the points of interest, shops and bars. Especially good if you don’t rent a car. The rooms and common areas were very spacious.

The room is very nice, clean and new. The staying was amazing and sleeping on a boat was a great Experience! Really reccomended! And if you are lucky you can get a good discount 😉

The apartment was on a great location just in the city centre. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The stay included a breakfast which was superb and delivered to our door when we ordered it. Everything was impeccable and I never experienced such a great value for money accommodation. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the unit on the first floor that led out to the pool. It is bright, modern and very comfortable. The apartment had everything that we needed for our 1.5 week trip, including a crib and high chair for our baby. The hosts were incredibly friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to any of our requests. The location of the apartment is very central and was a great base for exploring the rest of the island.

The property was very easy to access from the main road around the island. Parking was available. A car is necessary but, in my opinion, a car is necessary on the island. The property had everything we needed. We were very lucky to have use of a washing machine!

The property has perfect location. It has everything one can need for a few days stay. The host - Paula - is very friendly. Check-in at night (which was important for us) went smooth and wasn't a problem. I highly recommend this place!
