The staff went out of their way to accommodate every need that we had. They were beyond exceptional!!!!! The location was also amazing located right in the Medina. They arranged a walking tour of the Medina that took us to see how all the artisans worked. It was a wonderful tour that we would not have been able to negotiate on our own. They guided us to the parking garage, came to guide us to the hotel and brought us back to our car at the end of our visit. I can't emphasize enough how exceptional the entire staff was. 👏

Don't forget to go eat fish at Costimar a martil, it's a great experience. Thank you Yassin for the warm welcome and the Chocolate pour les enfants. we will definitely be back.

The check in and the check out went very smoothly, the villa is very spacious with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the. Villa it’s extremely clean , the bed linen and towels very clean and fresh and the villa is well-maintained, and nicely decorated, the villa it’s directly opposite the pool with direct access, nice garden at the back with the barbecue and seating facilities, the villa representative and the customer service agent ( owner) They are really caring and they have a sense of hospitality.

Fantastic Hotel! Since 2006, I have been four times in this Hotel, and allways with a super positive impressions and experiencies! Really a very confortable, safe, clean, quiet, and very well located Hotel, with a hiper helpful and friendly staff, and all for a very low price ! This time, when I have got a problem with my car, the Manager went out of his way, in order to solve my concern in a recomendable and very profitional car shop, and in the end I have got a more than symbolic bill !
