Smart Tv, frigo, prese in abbondanza, bagno spazioso e nuovo, acqua calda, retro per stendere, scrivania, tavolo e sedie all’esterno, teli bagno e teli spiaggia, direttamente a mare, cambio biancheria e pulizia camera ogni due giorni, colazione e cena favolose. Ci siamo fermati 6 giorni e sono stati fantastici, sulla spiaggia migliore di Trincomalee Lettini in uso. Ristoranti e servizi sulla spiaggia . Host fantastico inglese e tedesco perfetto Raggiungibile a piedi Ford Fredrick, il Tempio, Dutch Beach e Sand Beach

La struttura è tenuta bene, le camere sono pulite e il personale è gentilissimo. Mi ha addirittura dato un passaggio per andare alla stazione! La strada per andare al mare è proprio di fronte, nelle vicinanze c’è sia il supermercato che ristoranti. Meglio di così!

Roomy, modern, near-new self-contained accommodation. Secure, with private entrance. Communications were efficient and pleasant. The apartment would be an excellent option for a family or group of friends, The bed was comfortable, the bathroom well fitted and cleaned and the property well lit. Although the house is in a narrow suburban street, it's close to the main temple and central markets. Helpful additional cooking equipment was quickly provided upon request.

Beautiful room and amazing staff, very friendly and helpful (helped us organizing activities, exchanging money, arranging a taxi to Yala…). The location was extremely convenient, very close to the beach and to the delicious restaurants in the area. A 2 min walk to the main road to find a Tuk Tuk to anywhere. We had a great time, great value for money!

This place was really great. Very spacious and comfortable all around. The pool was the perfect temperature and the staff on the property itself were very nice. A lot of security around. There is a restaurant on the premises that was convenient and good. There isn't much around the resort that was open while we were there, but we visited in the off-season. The security guard called us a tuk-tuk whenever we needed one, and they arrived within a few minutes. The host was very accommodating and responsive to our every need. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was a lovely well appointed apartment , clean and tidy, but also with a homely feel with everything you need. The balcony had a spectacular view (especially for early risers)and the pool & jacuzzi facilities were perfect for us. The owners were very accommodating, friendly, and communicative. Our family of six had a great stay!

Everything was just perfect! Quiet place close to a nice beach with a very shallow water. One can walk at low tide to Nilaveli beach (15 min walk). Brenda was a perfect, talkative and helpful host as well as an excellent cook. One can refill bottles with a drinking water at the property. Nice well equipped huts with comfortable bed. 10 and 15 min by tuk tuk to Upuveli and Trinco, respectively. Surprisingly no mosquitoes (the first place without them during our 3 weeks travels in Sri Lanka). If you look for peaceful quite oasis this place is for you. Highly recommended!
