The location is quite good, the room is big enough. The owner of the hotel is a very interested friend. The location is in a very nice place. Only 1 minute walk to the beach There is hot water in the bathroom. I stayed on 2 different dates and both were fine

Very modern and clean hotel. We enjoyed our stay. In the cafe on the first floor the food is tasty and sold for reasonable prices. We liked that drinking water in the hotel provided for free. Also there is a playing room, where you can play a pool. Overall good value for the money 👍🏻

We had a very comfortable one night stay at Sunrise City Palace. When we arrived at the airport, Denish was waiting for us to bring us to his home. We felt very welcome at his lovely home and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast the morning after. Denish and his wife are incredibly kind and hospitible!

Amazing lovely place with a beautiful garden and pool. It has to be your first stay, your last stay, or both in Sri Lanka. The host and his family are very friendly, kind, helpful, careful, but all the time keeping your privacy. Rooms are perfectly clean, modern. Excellent breakfast. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach area. Could only recommend it and will come back.

We stayed here overnight after getting into Colombo late. Hiran was waiting for us at the airport and it was a super quick trip to their villa. We had a nice welcome drink from Hiran's wife and then they showed us to our room. Everything was immaculately clean and the bathroom was very modern. We had a ver restful night here before continuing with our journey!
