The rooms were very clean and tidy. The view and location are exceptional. It's directly at the beach and there are palm trees right at the property. Also, Viraj offered to prepare breakfast for us. You should definitely go with the Sri Lankan style breakfast. Each day we got something different (eg. egg hoppers, string hoppers, dal, some kind of coconut milk rice and more). And a fresh fruit platter was part of it each day. Viraj and his family are very kind and helpful people. They will make your stay unforgettable.

An amazing quiet place with lots of beautiful birds around. You can watch them taking their bath every afternoon. The owner was so kind and helpful. The beach was reachable by 10 -15 min walk. I would definitely come back again . You will enjoy this place a lot if you like the nature.

Susanna and Tusharo (please excuse me if I’m misspelling the names :) were wonderful hosts. Welcoming and informative. It really felt like our own house. Spotless clean, equipped with everything a traveler needs, beautiful nature around, a garden well kept. Another great thing is the hosts really care about animals and Tusharo shared fascinating information about the connection local people share with the sea turtles (we got lucky and swam with them). The beach has some great surf. Would love to come back and stay more.

We loved the location! directly at the beach but far enough away from the touristy areas. The owner was incredibly nice and even organized a very cheap scooter for us. Rooms had everything we needed and were super clean.

I cannot recommend this place enough! I had such a great stay here. The property is beautiful: the rooms are cute, comfortable, and clean. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is delicious and included tea or coffee, fresh juice, yogurt, fresh fruit, eggs your way, and toast with butter and jam. The pool is clean and, somehow, despite the heat, the water remains refreshing. The location is in a quiet place (aside from a train track but the trains only last a few seconds and did not affect my stay at all), yet near to restaurants and bars and salons and tour agencies and souvenir shops. Amazing place! Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was very very clean, the rooms, the bathroom and the common space. Also, i recommend to try breakfast because they has some nice local food cooked ans served for you (you order one day before, no buffet) which was interesting, fresh and tasty. (I loved your pancakes with coconut). The hotel is next to the turtle beach and all the shops, restaurants etc. We rent a tuktuk and they offered us a parking place right next to the hotel.

Nice place, quiet, comfortable. it is 5 minutes walk from main road and beach, that makes it not that noisy although close enough to beach, restaurants, supermarket etc.. the room is comfortable, with a/c which is a saver:) personnel is nice and ready to help with anything. definitely recommended!
