The property is very beautiful exceeded the pictures that are posted, all cooking utensils where present with spare cleaning products at hand if I needed. Also I stayed for 3 and a half weeks and I was supplied with fresh linen and towel every week by Karen. And was ready and available at anytime to assist with anything. Karen and her husband gave advice on different food spots to go out to which I find very helping. I felt very much at home. I mistakenly didn’t know how to operate the hot water and host travel all the way to check with out complaining. Hospitality Exceeded a mark of 100. Not to mention fully air conditioned rooms, clean modern bathrooms with auto scented machines . Flat is located on one of the highest floor which gave an oceanic view from the bedroom, I very much enjoyed to sound of the ocean when I opened the window at night. Secured entrance to flat and apartment so not any and anyone can have access to only if you permit was a plus for me.

I booked a 3-night stay at El Cielo for me, my partner and our 4 year old. From the moment we arrived the owners, Mr and Mrs Jarrett, made us feel welcomed and comfortable - even to the point of arranging a last minute room for two extra guests who had travelled down with us. From thereon in everything was pretty much top notch - our room and bathroom, the hosting and hospitality, and the hosts' genuine desire and efforts to make our trip a wonderful one. Breakfast was divine. The food and drink served at breakfast was fresh, tasty and plentiful - with my partner and I opting for a hearty, traditional cooked Jamaican breakfast, and our son going for eggs, sausages, pancakes etc. - to the point that we would usually skip lunch because we were so full! Mr Jarrett would also arrange taxis for us when we needed to go out and about, and even called up to check we were okay when he hadn't heard back from us in an expected timeframe.

The place was clean and comfortable swimming pool was not clean and we still had a lot of fun it's one of the best places I have been so I would love to be back soon

As a solo female traveler on a business trip, my stay at this vacation apartment was exceptional. The host's warmth and flexibility in accommodating my last-minute request were truly appreciated. Upon arrival, the self-check-in process went smoothly and was convenient. I had open communication with the host throughout my stay and was provided a guide list with information about the apartment, lists of nearby attractions, and restaurants. As apartment itself was not only clean and comfortable but also provided a sense of security with 24/7 supervision. The presence of security personnel added an extra layer of comfort. The inclusion of high-speed internet and well-equipped computer desks created a business-friendly environment, ensuring a productive and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this place for both business and leisure travelers.

The shared space was great! Shirnett, the owner, made us meals and she had valuable advice for around town errands. Clean and well kept accommodations, hot water as well as AC in our room was great!
