This is a true gem, a special place run by special people. The apartment was beautiful, very good location, when you arrive you have the "wow" feeling...The price is really good considering the decoration, location (parking is next to the building free!! in Ortigia) cleanliness....spacious, smart tv, little balcony, parking possibility, etc. Congratulations to the owners!

Amazing hotel in the heart of old town! We arrived early and Stefano made everything possible to comfort us from the first step in his property. Early check in, explanation of all surrounding sightseeing spots, recommendation of his fav. restaurants. Just overall it felt as arriving to a family or friends home!

Stefania's B&B is wonderful. At the top of our list of best places in Sicily! The place has style & comfort. There was parking right out front (no need to deal with the ZTL issue in Ortigia). Then everything on the island is only a quick and lively 5 minute walk. Stefania took special care with breakfast (Siracusian specialties, changing everyday); and there was always fresh juice, fruit, yougurt. Throughout the day there were cookies :) and café/tea available. The outdoor terrace was perfect. And omg, by the end of 3 days Stefania felt like a friend. She is so lovely. Overall, an amazing stay.

If I ever come back to Syracuse, it will be here for sure :) wonderful place with wonderful hosts, where you feel at home. delicious breakfasts every morning on the terrace overlooking Ortyga and the high standard of the room, actually they made sure that nothing was missing and were happy to give any tips :) I heartily recommend everyone to stay also because of the location - literally a few hundred meters from the entrance to Ortyga.

Very good location! extraordinary service from Maria and hers family. They take us by they car, from a free parking (where we park our rented car) Very good breakfast. Very clean.

The apartment was super cosy. Big and extremely clean, it was a great value. Communication was very good, self check in was easy, and parking was easily available in the street. As a big plus, it was nicely decorated for Christmas, making us feeling home!
