This is a hidden gem in Tuscany. Everything was amazing - from the very beginning to the last day. Great property, well maintained. A clean pool. Sunbeds. Delicious food at the restaurant. Private SPA with Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi, salt room.. But most of all - people who work there and who make your stay special. Thank you, Alice and Martina, you are unbelievable, and I fell in love with you! The building is in a beautiful place in the Maremma countryside. The location is perfect for reaching almost all surrounding beaches by car or even (for some of them) by bicycle. At the same time, the place is tranquil and relaxing, far from the noise of crowdy places like Orbetello. Moreover, in the evening, the temperature always cools down, allowing you to sleep with open windows and without AC to enjoy the beauty of the countryside. The owners and the staff are lovely. Barbara and Benedetta will welcome you every morning for breakfast with a smile and a massive variety of handmade cackes, cookies, and local products (chees, ham, fruit, etc.). They are always very friendly, helping customers find and place reservations for local restaurants or attractions. Andrea takes care of the facility and is always ready to solve any problem. If you have an electric car, they also installed a new power plug where you can recharge your vehicle. If you plan to visit the area, it is definitely a top location.

The owner Roberto is very kind and welcoming. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. In the farm there are 140 cows and it is possible to watch them and the milking process.

One of the best places I ever stayed in! The villa owned by the very friendly family, also they have very friendly dogs and puppies - it was a great attraction for our kids) The room was vary cozy with everything you may need for great vacations. The beach is very close and you can easily reach it on foot.

Martina is a really kind host and puts a lot of thoughts into everything around her podere. Our welcome basket was outstanding with her own baked cakes, cookies, bread which by the way is made from their own cultivated and harvested grains. Not to mention their marmalades, fruits and cow MILK. I've never had better breakfast in my life.
