We had a very nice stay. The apartment met all our expectations. Clean and comfortable. Own parking is a huge bonus. Location is great, bus 17 is in 5 minutes walking distance. We used it to visit both Genova and Nervi.

the owner is so friendly and helpful, we called him one hour before we arrive, he was there just in time. the street is clean and safe. supermarket just around the corner. the apartment is on the street level, and has an independent entrance directly to the street. parking for a small car is possible inside the private small garden, for a sedan we parked in front of the gate. the apartment is modern and very clean. The master bedroom is big and has a dressing room. full kitchen, incl. coffee machine. the owner also put it in the fridge water, juice, ice cream and a bottle of wine too! the bathroom is very clean, has toilet papers, towels, soap and shampoo & hair conditioner too. free wifi is fairly fast.

Absolutely beautiful, comfortable and cosy apartment with a great placement. The apartment is across the street to the sea and a bus stop.

Very beautiful and confort apartment! Mr Agostino was very helpful with everything I needed! and of course there was a place of a parking that for me was very necessary! Same exactly as the photos

Absolutely amazing B&B in a great location - just a few minutes from Boccadasse, beach, restaurants, bars and bus stop. The host Francesca couldn’t do enough, was a wealth of knowledge and provided a fabulous breakfast including some home made treats. Definitely recommend this
