The location is quiet with easy check-in. Breakfast is wonderful with a wide selection. The room was very private, clean, air conditioned, and recently renovated. Staff are a delight!

Excellent accommodation with well equipped kitchen and well-working TV, air conditioning and Wifi, and yet in a remote and quiet corner of Tuscany. I loved the very firm mattress, which is just how I like it. The swimming pool is lovely, nestled among the olives. The Pacini family are superb hosts, who give lots of good tips on sights, restaurants and so on. Chatting with them was very enjoyable. The farm's fruit and vegetables, offered free to the guests, were appreciated. The watermelon - from the season's final harvest - was probably the best I ever tasted. There are not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity (I can recommend La Corte in Pian di Rocca, but make sure to book), but if you have a car you are in Castiglione della Pescaia in no time.

Great stay at the apartment in Castiglone Della Pescaia. The staff are wonderful especially Chiara, with the beautiful friendly smile. The location is less than 10 minutes walk from the center and beach. The apartments are clean and modern. There is also a beautiful shaded terrace, perfect for gathering in the evening. There is a supermarket in the basement which is really handy and well stocked.

We had some unbelievable days in Castiglione, the countryside is simply breathtaking! Great and clean swimming pool, fantastic breakfast with local ingredients, comfortable, cosy room, good and wide matrimonial bed. Everywhere cleanliness, wonderful well-kept flowers and plants. Serena, our incredibly hearty host recommended us some great restaurants, shared some really useful information about free beaches and must-sees as well. The city center and the beaches are at an about 12 minutes drive. Try La Luciana's own olive oil, really excellent and tasty! Grazie mille per tutto!!!

My friend and I absolutely loved it! The host, Edoardo, was very sweet and helped us a lot with planning our stay in the area giving us great recommendations for restaurants and wine tastings. The breakfast was mostly Italian style ( a cake/ croissant + coffee), however Edoardo was very accomodation of the fact that I prefer savory breakfasts so every morning he’d make me a plate of scrambled eggs and a little cheese platter. The room was very cozy and exceptionally clean. A nice surprise was also that the room would get cleaned daily, so whatever sand we brought back with us from the beach would be gone the next day! All in all, we really recommend this place anf would like to thank again our wonderful host Edoardo!

The rooms and grounds have lots of interesting features. The pool is a good size and well kept. Everywhere is clean and tidy. This is one of the best agriturismo we have stayed at for room quality and pleasant surroundings. The rooms have facilities to make hot drinks and some have a kitchen area. There is also a vending machine for hot drinks including Lavazza coffee. There is a free water vending tap dispensing ambient, chilled and fizzy water into reusable glass bottles. There is plenty of free parking in a screened area. The owners and staff were very helpful.
