Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. De locatie en de plek zelf zijn fantastisch. Het zwembad en de tuin zijn geweldig en binnen 5 minuten ben je op (het rustige stuk van) het strand. De rest van het dorp is wel heel erg druk en toeristisch, maar Amrit biedt een heerlijke oase van rust.

Casa Da Praia was ons eerste verblijf in Goa. We waren van plan om er vier nachten te blijven, maar het was zo goed dat we langer bleven. Van de 3 weken India bleven we een week in Casa Da Praia. En we kunnen het iedereen aanbevelen. Hardip & Sophia zijn simpelweg fantastische mensen. Ze doen er alles aan om ieder het naar zijn zin te maken. Of het nu gaat om het geweldige ontbijt, geven van tips en de inrichting van de kamers. Ze zijn geboren voor dit vak. Casa Da Praia is echt een smaakvolle ingerichte oase in Candolim Noord Goa. Het is het drukkere deel van Goa, maar wanneer je het resort binnenkomt ben je echt op een andere plek. In de afgelopen 20 jaar hebben hebben ze een waar paradijs opgebouwd dat er niet is op gericht om mensen hun zakken leeg te kloppen, maar het mensen naar hun zin te maken. En nee, ik krijg niet betaald voor deze review. :-) We kunnen het iedereen aanbevelen als start van je reis door Goa.

After one month in Goa, I can easily say this is by far the best place we have stayed in. The cleanliness is unbeatable, you will see their standard in very little other places. Dala the manager is the sweetest and the most professional Indian that has crossed our way, taking an extraordinary care about her guests and even their personalised needs, we did fully trust her and other staff too. Location is very central, not far from the beach, not noisy. There are even 2 bigger supermarkets just meters away which also is not a standard around other towns in the state. Goa has general electricity problems but during our week stay at Albuquerque the Wifi had worked well enough for us to be able to do videoconferencing without interruptions. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for a decent and trustworthy place which seem to be very rare. Thank you for everything!

Villa Nazuri is such a beautiful and well maintained property. The caretakers are so cordial and helpful. Located very close to all the major attractions the city has to offer. The owner Jaiman is very friendly and the hospitality is unmatched; accommodating our smallest of requests. Cabs, rentals, meal options are all available upon request. Apartment is located in a beautiful Old Portuguese house close to the centre in a side road away from the road noise huge comfy bed loads of hot water, spotlessly clean. Satellite TV aircon and fans the kitchen had everything we needed. Patricia the owner lives nearby and gave us her number for anything we needed she was there to greet us when we arrived and bought us a freshly cooked delicious breakfast everyday. Highly recommend this traditional apartment and lovely owners.

We were a family of 6 and had an amazing stay at Cloverleaf Villa. The villa is more spacious than it appears in the photos, with a large swimming pool. It can easily accommodate a group of 10+. The living room floor-length windows can be fully opened up which seamlessly merges the outdoors with the indoors and creates a very nice space in which to relax. The location is very close to Candolim beach (10 min drive) so was easy to make quick trips to the beach. Our stay was a truly luxurious experience, particularly due to the inhouse chef Harpal and service provided by Govind and Sanjay. Harpal was able to customize food to our tastes and made a number of dishes that were off the menu too (his Gajar Halwa was particularly scrumptious!). The breakfast (included in the price) was a 5-star affair. Food prices were slightly high, but reasonable considering the quality and in-house availability. All food was prepared in front of us and served hot and fresh on our plates, with the table set and cleared up after every meal so we could simply focus on relaxing and enjoying our vacation. We also greatly appreciated the flexibility provided by the Cloverleaf team. We were able to choose our breakfast/lunch/dinner menu everyday and they even set aside baby food for the 2-year old. Arun, the owner, was kind enough to let us check-out late since our flight was delayed. We will definitely look forward to visiting Cloverleaf again the next time we are in Goa. One thing to note is that the property requires ~50% advance payment. While I was hesitant to pay directly to the property initially (since I have never paid an advance on booking.com), we never faced any issues with the transaction or with the billing. So go ahead and book Cloverleaf villa if it is available!
