Everything was more than I expected. The owners are very kind, every day they provided us with fresh bread, fresh vegetables and eggs. The view from the terrace was superb. The villas looked like in the pictures from booking site.

My stay at this guesthouse was more than perfect! The room was very comfortable, the facility was very lovely and detailed arranged. The bathroom was perfectly clean. there is also a very lovely arranged outdoor area with several bungalows (even one on the rooftop!!!) where you can sit and relax. Nicos was very nice and helpful, the communication was very easy. I regret that I stayed there just one night. I highly recommend staying at Nicos guesthouse! Thanks for the great stay!!!

Close the door and the Aircon will work. Wish I knew that sooner. Otherwise, faultless. Lovely beach, very steep approach unsuitable for less able/kids, good food at restaurant

This is THE best place we have ever stayed!!! The house sits on a hill overlooking the ionic sea (Looking towards Zakynthos). It has a privat pool big enough for the kids to play. Just down the slope, there is a "private" beach (pebbles) with the most beautiful clear waters. A short drive away there is superb public sand beach. From the terrace you can watch the sunset over the sea/islands.

The Villa has an exceptional view over the sea and an amazing sunset. The beach is accessible via a staircase from the garden. The garden is very well taken care of and has a nice pool to refresh. The Standard of the house itself is also very good, taken care of and with sufficient space for a family of 4. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and responsive in case of any question or issue. I am looking forward to my next stay at ATLAS Villa!
