What a find this is! Perfectly located close to the Leas (seafront) and the town centre, it feels like staying with a stylish friend in their lovely home. There was absolutely nothing that could be improved upon, with everything so well thought out, from the extremely comfortable beds and good lighting to an iron & ironing board and even a welcoming G&T. The curtains were blockout, the sheets were silky smooth, the interior design was pleasingly quirky and chic. We stayed there for two nights before boarding a ship from Dover and enjoyed being able to walk out so easily into the countryside and along the coast and later meet friends for dinner in a restaurant close by. I think it'd be perfect for a weekend at any time of the year.

It was charming. The rooms and baths were spacious, nicely decorated and quiet. It was easy access from the Euro Tunnel which is exactly what we needed!

Very nice bed and breakfast that you have to experience before they, unfortunately, might disappear one day. (Who will in the future work so hard, passionate and cheap..). Amazingly nice and friendly couple who run the business and want us to get the best out of our stay in England. The breakfast the best which was prepared for us according to our own free wishes. The view of the beach and sea right outside the window and breakfast room magnificent! Map and descriptions of historic beautiful roads to Brighton where we went afterwards, the couple arranged so that it would explicitly suit us. England at its best and this is how we want to continue living and living. Our best thanks and warmest recommendation that more people try this fantastic bed & breakfast!

good bed and shower. All was very clean. Nice facilties for making breakfast. Very friendly host. Smooth check in. You can retreat in a small very nice garden.
