The owner gave clear instructions to ring before arrival and we met at the front gate without any problems. Entering the property with our car was easy and on-site and secure parking was much appreciated. The villa is set inside a compound, which is off the main road. It is quiet, tranquil, provides ocean views across the fantastic landscaped garden. The apartment has its own private terrace where you can have drinks at sunset and view the ocean. Furnishings, bedding, kitchen appliances, electrical connections are SUPERB and well thought out. Owners are delightful, welcoming and focused on making guests comfortable. Everything is spotless and clean. We intend to stay again as this is a memorable place!

The accommodation was beautiful and Fatima was so lovely..she was extremely helpful and lovey to chat to. With our broken french we were still able to converse with her. Breakfast was also nice.

We had a lovely time here! It is a beautiful house, the room was very comfortable, all the staff were lovely and helpful, the breakfast was great - we like the long table, it is nice to meet some of your fellow guests. It was very relaxed, we felt very much at home. There is a large lounge with picture windows, and you can make coffee etc in the breakfast kitchen area at any time - there is a small fridge too, and a supply of cakes! The pool is magnificent, we enjoyed lounging in the sun after a swim and watching the colourful paragliders cliff soaring beyond the hedge. Our room was not huge but wasn't cramped, and had a sea and mountain view. I really liked the toiletries in the bathroom. We cycled into St Jean de Luz for dinner, swimming in the sea on the way. It is a nice, calm cycle route although the signage could be better. Cycling north another day, we got lost for a while, and it's not so pleasant a route. The gates have a code, and we felt our car and bikes were very secure in the car park area. We definitely hope to return!

Settee comfy / can be used for a child's bed. Nice terrace area. Screens to provide privacy. It wasn't a problem for us as the resort was quiet. Pool facilities at the complex lovely. Loungers available. Note: There are specific Rules & Regs of using the pool. Quiet surroundings. Lovely gardens. It's just a short walk to the nearest beach, bars & restaurants. Mobile fresh fruit/ veg and rotisserie chicken stall near by in car park near by. Washing machine in apartment however a handy 3.00 euro Tumblr drier facilities (belong to the complex) but it's close by. A bonus. Smart TV. We could log in to watch our fav shows. Bus 43 takes you to SJL centre every hour ( on the side of the hotel complex) but finishes around 7pm to return home. So we walked there and back most days. As straight run. Cycling is good if you bring bikes. Good secure parking. Ground floor apartment a plus.

This apartment felt like a home! Very cozy and roomy with lovely personal touches and paintings. The central location was quite but right in the middle of the city with short walks to restaurants, local market, and shops. The host could not have been nicer! He was fantastic! So helpful and generous with his time!

Excellent comms from a very decent host. The apartment was nicely furnished and the location was fantastic, but with none of the usual town centre noise.
