Very nice and roomy appartement with a yard at a five minute drive from the beach. Communication was very clear and friendly. We'd recommend this apartment to anyone! We had such a lovely week and wished we could stay longer. Definitely get a rental car though, on Menorca it is needed.

The villa has a quiet location only 3-4 mins walk from the beach and local facilities (seems mainly residential on a small smart estate). It is spotlessly clean and larger than we expected. Pedro is a generous and helpful host. Superb all round.

Me and my girlfriend had perfect vacation at S'AUBA house. The villa would be also great for group of friends or big family as it has 3 bedrooms. In the villa you have everything you need, spacious kitchen and lots of space to hang out. There is big TV and also speaker to play music. If you like to mix some drinks, there is also full equipment for it. The garden is gorgeous and the breakfast on terrace with the view is breathtaking. Beach is only 300m from the house and shop is also nearby. Check in was flawless with the hosts. I would really recommend this to everyone who wants to have great vacation.

In a quiet location but still close enough to walk to the beach. Pedro was very accommodating by letting us leave our cases in villa as we arrived late morning and didn’t want to have to look after them all day until check in time. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed.
