Mercedes was an excellent host. The unit was spacious, and perfect for me and my partner and our friends that we were travelling with. The kitchen is stocked with the basic necessities for cooking, the staff keep the unit clean while you are away, and there is A/C!

Staff are excellent, very kind and helpful. Location is good and even though it is close to the ferries and the main area, it is relatively quiet. I enjoyed the view of the port from the window.

The accommodation is quietly nestled in a residential street, but still only a cross street to the main tourist axis on the Malecón. The room ("Viajero") was tastefully decorated and has a double bed with good mattresses. There is a refrigerator in the room, in which a jug of drinking water was ready chilled. I very much appreciated the kettle for coffee and tea - both also are available for use. In front of the room, for your own use, there is a cozy sitting area with a hammock, a small table and two stools. Breakfast is served at the desired time on this seating area. The reception is cordial and one receives friendly any information and assistance one wishes. I would gladly stay here again at any time and recommend La K-leta Boutique Guesthouse without reservation.

We had a very big room with an own kitchen and bathroom. It was nice to do some cooking. When traveling for a long time it can be a drag to always have to go to restaurants. We spontaneously decided to stay 2 nights in San Cristobal but had booked all of our time on Santa Cruz. The host was so nice to give us a reduction as we were not around for two days.

The booking was a good value. I really appreciated the AC units and it was great to have a kitchen, though a can opener and some measuring cups would have been a nice addition. It was also nice to have a living room area where we could hang out as a family, but then each have our own bedrooms.
