Enjoyed every moment of stay at this place. Great value for money. Always available free parking behind the property. 1 minute walking to the beach. Close (about 15 minutes by car) to major touristic attractions and famous beaches.

We had a lovely stay! We are family with 3 small kids and we had very comfortable stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. You get all you need, even extra for the price. This is a home, away from home. Close to the breathtaking Fig Tree beach and the main function street. Across the street is located a fantastic restaurant called Folio. The host is called Nectarios and he is always on line with all you needs. Fully furnished apartment with all the little things you might need. Good internet connection and smart TV as well. Planty of secured parking spaces. Lidl and small supermarkets nearby. Literally, I think for the price you pay, it is the best you get in the area.

PROS: 1. THE OWNER, YIANNAKIS: Extremely helpful, courteous, kind and generous. He is proactive in solving problems and found many solutions for me. He also provided a lot of important information about things to see / do in the area. He is highly responsive and responds within a few minutes to seconds on text. I felt that the place still had the great hospitality of the "olden golden days of Airbnb" where owners and landlords took the extra time and care to genuinely help you. 2. THE APARTMENT (AMENITIES) AND VIEW: The view is breathless. It is the middle unit with a complete, unobstructive view of the sea and so every day, at 5:30 am, you see the sun rise from start to finish and it's a GLORIOUS sight. The apartment is very clean and also has a great vibe to it. It is simple, clean, minimalistic and yet, warm and welcoming. The WI-FI is the fastest I have experienced in Cyprus (which is saying a lot!) 3. THE AREA: Definitely an area that incites health and well-being. You start the day with the gorgeous sunrise. Then, you go for a long walk along the coast to all the wonderful cafes and restaurants. You can squeeze in a good 2 hrs of walking along the coast, seeing the wonderful clear waters and the rocky formations. There is easy access to the town and yet, the neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. CONS: None. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect! The villa is located in a quiet area with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance. The villa is spacious and clean with a nice garden and private swimming pool. Inside everything is fully equipped and the WiFi connection is very good.

We were group of friends and stayed off season, but had great time anyway. Maria is very helpful and friendly host, helped us with everything we needed. Perfect destination, Great facilities, Highly recommend. Excellent accommodation providing everything we needed, house was clean spacious and comfortable, recommend and stay again. The location of the house is excellent.
