This is one of the nicest villas we have stayed at in Cyprus, out of around 10 or 12 different bookings. The villa is modern, luxurious, and very comfortable. It's got a large outdoor space that is completely private, and the nearby road hardly has any traffic so it's very quiet. The pool and barbecue area is great as well. Plus if you like to visit the water, both beaches and rocky areas, or north into the national park, it's pretty much the perfect location. And just 10 minutes away is Coral Bay Beach, and the village of Peyia, which has excellent restaurants and even a bit of nightlife. We highly recommend Sala Thai, one of the better Thai restaurants I have been to outside of Thailand.

The apartment is on the second floor, the first floor is a parking lot. It is easy to get the keys, they are in the mini-safe at the entrance. You will need a car to travel to the grocery store.
