True, the view was amazing. And the sunsets! Wow. Its a cute little place, great for a couple. The owner had all the paperwork done in advance and answered any question right away.

The owners were SO hospitable….our check in time was not until 4pm (16:00) but our plane arrived at 6:30am having us at the hotel around 9:30am. Fannie and her husband Sergio not only welcomed us at 9:30am but they served us breakfast. Fannie also booked us a dinner reservation at Portofino for that night before sending us to our room for a much needed nap. She also made all of our Uber arrangements for us through her brother-in-law and he was just as awesome! They all took care of us as though we had known them forever. as family.

Location is great, close to everything, amazing view of Viña del Mar alto. Doormen were super nice and the elevators super fast. The silence was great at night, TV has Netflix and is possible to cook if it is needed. The parking spot included in the rent is a life savior since is expensive and difficult to park in the center. Towels were included. There is are 2 pools in the rooftop. The owner is a very nice man, super helpful and he explained everything with details. Internet was fast.

Everything, location, extremely welcoming friendly staff, restaurants, markets, etc…all right there in front of you. If ever I’m in Vina del Mar in the future again I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
