The location of this apartment is amazing. You can get to the beaches in no time, and just outside the apartment you can find plenty of restaurants and bars. The owners are really helpful and polite, they even helped us out to get to the place. The bed was comfortable and the AC and WiFi worked fine. There is a bus stop nearby to get to and from Saranda, which is the best way to get to the place. Overall a good relaxing stay, Ksamil is lovely in summer and we got to experience the best of it also thanks to the comforts of this property. Recommended to anybody else wanting to visit Ksamil and its characteristic beaches .

The communication is correct and without any delays; their proactive approach towards customers made our experience extremely pleasant. The staff is exceptionally good, welcoming and caring. They welcomed us with cool drinks, and during the stay they gave us fresh vegetables from their own garden. They really knew how to make us feel at home. The location is great, just a few minutes away from one of the beautiful Beaches of Ksamil and the town center is not far either (walkable distance).

Very cute apartments with a gorgeous view and very nice staff. I stayed there 5 days and truly felt like at home. very clean, quit rooms. Location is also very nice. 5 min walk till restaurants, shops and beach. Apartment is on higher place which gives beautiful view especially on sunset.
