The room was absolutely incredible with an unreal view of the city. It was simply breathtaking. As was the view from the pool. Also want to give a special thank you to Mr Tuhin who helped us out a lot and was very kind as well as the lovely reception staff I'd spoken to who were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended hotel. everything is great. Everyone is very kind. At the reception helped each time quickly and efficiently. Worth noting is the receptionist Mrs. April. April upgraded the room for us at no cost and we got a huge suite with a view of the sea, the marina and the luxurious yachts. The windows faced the road but they were soundproof and it did not disturb us to sleep. The breakfast is excellent, varied, delicious, everything is clean and tidy. The chef in charge of preparing the eggs and omelets is excellent, nice, professional and very kind. The room was fully equipped including kitchen and appliances, everything was new, clean and shiny. The shower is great. The room was tastefully decorated and had a very pleasant atmosphere of comfort and serenity. The air conditioning operated excellently, efficiently and quietly. The furniture in the room is excellent and comfortable. And the hotel provides fresh and enclosed mineral water in a sealed glass bottle. The room was shiny and sparkling with cleanliness. Tip to know the level of cleanliness in the room, check under the beds. In a lot of four and five star hotels when I bent down to check under the bed it was dirty. In this hotel it is shining with cleanliness. There is a valet parking service for the hotel guests all super courteous and efficient. The person in charge of the trips also helped us a lot courtesy and efficiency. The pools at the hotel are great and clean. Four elevators work quickly and efficiently. Room service is efficient and meets every request. The hotel is in a great location, right in front of Palm Island and near it there is the monorail and the metro, we rented a car and it was very easy to get to the hotel. Opposite the hotel there is an oriental restaurant called Coco Ma, excellent, tasty, cheap and clean. We loved the hotel so much that I quickly signed up for a loyalty program of this hotel chain. There is full value for the price and even beyond that.

We liked to stay in Jumeriah Marina Gate Hotel. All service was excellent, even better than excellent. Staff and Management really understand what is to give service at a high level. They are so flexible we really felt we are precious guests for the Hotel. Thanks a lot Jumeriah, we wish that we will return back.

Had a great stay at Princess Tower in Dubai Marina. Ahmed's excellent service stood out. Minor Wi-Fi and housekeeping timing issues, but overall a positive experience. Look forward to returning.

The room was very clean,we find everything what we need,the view from the room was spectacular 👌 we had all access to Dubai Marina,there is dowstairs my favourite shop carrefour ,swimming pool and gym and lost of restaurants, Marina Mall just outside your apartment .

Very happy with our stay. The unit was well maintained, clean and very comfortable for two of us. All the furniture and decor seemed brand new. Loved the bed and the view to Dubai Marina city lights from the bed at night. The location of the unit was perfect. It was positioned in the heart of Dubai Marina, so it made it easy for us to access all attractions. Also, the walking bridge to JBR beach is right by the building, so it takes only few minutes to get to JBR beach. The check in was very smooth and the host was responsive.
