The reception staff Ava & Monica were delightful, welcoming and friendly. They were eager to help with recommendations for dining and site-seeing around Krakow. We really got the sense that they wanted us to get the most out of our stay. Breakfast in the adjoining cafè was organised effortlessly. The cafè itself is stunningly designed (someone must've had a lot of fun decorating it!) and, importantly, the food was great. All in all, really enjoyed our stay at H11 Aparthotel and highly recommend it to future travellers!

Apartment was walkable distance to centre of town, and also easily reachable for the taxis to take you elsewhere.

Bed is super-comfortable, room is very well equipped (e.g. smart tv with phone mirroring, tea/coffee set). Breakfast is outstanding.
