The staff were exceptional, room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean, well maintained, quiet, lovely big balcony. Close to town. Good kitchen, but small.

Each one offers a loggia (covered balcony) or a terrace with views of greenery and the vibrant city centre. I stayed for 3 nights with my 2 children and mother. Perfect location, central parts of Berlin within walking distance, clean and modern apartment. Close to tram- and train station. Small, but well planned. Air-conditioning worked great and there was no noise. Towels/toilet paper/some dishwasher tablets included. Nespresso machine and bread roaster, well equipped kitchen. We had a tiny balcony. We were all very happy with the apartment and would happily come back.

The staff was perfect. The hotel is in the best location you could ask for in Potsdam, within walking distance of all the important centers of the city. We highly recommend this hotel.

We did really enjoy all the available stuff for relaxation and entertainment -- the LP player with hi-fi amp/speakers, enourmous-size TV set with Intrenet connection, IR sauna, rowing machine, standalone tub, outdoor playground for kids.
