The apartment was very spacious. It had plenty of room for our family to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, tools, and appliances. I loved having a washer and dryer in the apartment. The beds slept good. It has a private deck with a table and chairs that is just a few steps away from the pool which the kids loved. They even supplied extras like beach chairs and an umbrella. It is very quiet here unlike some places we have stayed. The owner was also very quick to respond and accommodating. Our family had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed spending our time here. We would definitely recommend it for other families.

I came to Sarasota to visit my daughter, who was at Ringling School of Art and Design. The place was 4 minutes from the airport and from the college. It was close to the beach and right next to a small Walmart, a CVS, and a Walgreens. The interior of the house was perfect. The beds were super comfy with different types of pillows for different people. The living area was large and cosy and the kitchen was easy to use. All around, a spectacular and easy three days.

Lo spazio della sala principale perfetto e la cucina veramente bella. Il patio dietro con lo spazio per fare il fuoco, grilla e il grande albero in mezzo, ci è piaciuto tantissimo!. Comunicazione con l'host super dinamica e molto gentile. La vicinanza al supermercato e al grande parco per bambini vicino. Sono state due settimane belle con la family!. Tutto molto pulito e funzionale. In pochi minuti d'auto si raggiunge la bellissima spiaggia di Siesta Key (parcheggio gratuito). Molto gentili alla reception, ci hanno prontamente sostituito la stanza in cui l'aria condizionata non funzionava bene. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ci sono tutte le attrezzature per trascorrere ore in piscina, c'è anche la sabbia. L'appartamento era dotato di cucinotto e di un piccolo giardino privato. Belli i colori dell'arredo e l'ambiente era pulito. Posizione comoda per raggiungere spiagge e ristoranti.
