Opu is very kind and gives you all details and information you need about the building, room, pool, etc. The room is a premier suite very big and everything there has a very modern design. The bed is really huge and very comfortable, as well as the pillows. There is a big shower and a convenient kitchen. Very good location. Views of the Petronas Twin Towers, the KL Tower and the Merdeka 118 Tower are amazing from the infinity pool, really close views. Views of the KL Tower from the room are amazing too. 24 hours check-in and check-out, and they are really fast coming when you call them. Infinity pool opens from 8:00a.m. to 10:00p.m. Deposit of 200MYR in cash is retuned when checking-out.

All'arrivo purtroppo il check in è stato difficoltoso in quanto la persona di riferimento non rispondeva. Si è presentato un altro referente che ci ha detto che io nostro appartamento era stato dato ad altri e che avremmo dovuto cambiare due appartamenti in 2 giorni. La posizione è molto centrale, a circa 200m dalla metro e a 20 minuti a piedi dalle Petronas Towers. L'ostello sembra un appartamento dove ci si sente a casa e questo mi è piaciuto molto.

La vicinanza al centro lo rende perfetto per iniziare la giornata. La piscina all'ultimo piano è fantastica con le Petronas praticamente davanti e dove potersi rinfrescare. Tutto il personale è stato molto gentile. La struttura e gli appartamenti pulitissimi. La guesthouse è pulita, in realtà si tratta di un appartamento vero e proprio quindi ci si sente comodi come in casa. In salotto c'è anche una piccola zona snack self-service. Voglio ringraziare in modo particolare Mohamed, il ragazzo che lo gestisce: una persona di una bontà e disponibilità incredibile, purtroppo ho passato giorni difficili quando ero lì ed è stato un host estremamente attento e di grande supporto. Grazie!
