It's basically an apartment building with each apartment being a hotel room. It doesn't have any staff. The room was well equipped and very comfortable - we particularly liked the couch + table + tv area. The room was very clean but the bath area had a weird sewer smell. We liked that they also provided a folder with useful information and with emergency info (route to safe place).

There are a lot of nearby retaurants, convenient stores and supermarkets which is really helpful.

Walkable distance to almost everything I need....subway, supermarket, cafe, 7-11 and plenty of restaurants. Room was clean with 2 TVs and a good size kitchen. One small window but at least it can be opened. Equipped with a washing machine was the best part on my 7 days stay with kids.
