Breakfast was very generous and diverse. The wifi worked well! We did ask the hotel for help organizing a one day trip to Moynak and transfer to Khiva. The hotel went above and beyond providing excellent service. Highly recommend!

This guesthouse is part of the family's home, which I didn't realize when I booked it. They were very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating, including letting us use the washing machine, and making space available for picnic meals at their topchan. It was a good and comfortable stay. But the real excellence was when my son fell and split open his leg (his own fault, not the property's) and the hosts immediately arranged for medical help to come to the house. He needed several stitches and the hosts took care of us like family in this medical emergency in a foreign country. Very grateful for their attention and care, which was far beyond expectation. It would have been a nightmare to get my son the care he needed without their help.
