When I got to the hotel after dealing with a huge travel mess, we were very tired. They fortunately were able to move our booking and get us a room that night. All of the staff were awesome. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. The airport shuttle was great and I liked that we didn't need to pre-book it (could just show up on the half hour).
