The service is very professional and friendly, reception staff was going every extra mile to help having pleasant stay and to help with requests, inluding taxi and dinner arrangements. Room was clean, confortable and even nicer than on pictures. The location is perfect - just next to the old city with many Russian buildings and formal church in walking distance. Good breakfast selection in hotel, and many restaurants are available nearby. Highly recommended!

Located in central Kars, Hotel Kent Ani is less than 2 km to the Kars Castle. It offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and minibar. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. My train from Erzurum to Kars was delayed but the staff was waiting for me until midnight. The girl is very helpful and speaks very good English. She told me where to take the bus to Ani. The location is very good. Room is clean and bathroom is nice. Bed is very comfortable as well. Breakfast is simply but good. Good value for the price.
