In the area there are two cafes with excellent coffee, perfect for starting the day with a breakfast, two pizzerias, the train station is located 200 m (what creates easy access to Rome Termini - just one interstop, total 14 min) Easy connection to the airport thanks to AirLink buses or taxi - 12 min.

Bed comfortable and host Giulio very helpful booking taxi and arranging for my return trip with prompt responses to my request and helpful arrangements for access. Giulio answered very promptly by whatsapp from the first instance and would have responded to any requests for assistance.

The train to the termini station in Rome costs 1.5 euros and the journey takes approximately 15 minutes. The host is very kind. We got breakfast and cold water in the fridge, coffee and juice awaited us.
