In my experience, everything was perfect. The host was thoughtful and kind. I think that the negative reviews are given by hard-to-please people. The room was very clean, warm, and well-equipped. Additionally, the flat is located in a quiet residential area. I thank the host for everything and I would definitely return here in the future.

From our arrival to departure all was wonderful. Receptionist Emmanuel and manager Katherine were very friendly and efficient. Kettle provided on arrival, lovely large and spotless room and bathroom. Excellent air conditioning provided additional comfort. Location was excellent - only 6 mins walk from tram stop (line 4). Excellent value for money considering location, comfort and quality of our room.
