Easily the best place to stay in Termez. The rooms are huge for the price you pay and it is in a quiet, residential suburb. Easy to grab a taxi outside to the city centre or airport but without all the noise and dust of the city centre. Just across the road is an excellent cafe and also a fish restaurant and a shop for supplies is just two minutes away. Very clean, friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast.

I would be surprised if it's possible to find a better place to stay in Termiz for that price range. The common room and the garden were designed by a genius (spacious, cool, designed to relax). The sleeping rooms are better than most I've seen in Central Asia. The owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I visited during the low season and they treated me with a superb dinner that I'll never forget. It was a highlight of my visit to Uzbekistan. They also speak excellent English and are very knowledgeable about anything you might be interested in as a tourist (tourist sights, history, logistics, politics,..).
