Immediately accessible friendly lobby, great employees for the parking garage who asked very carefully several times whether we need help with our luggage, etc. We will definitely come back again and again! Nice and clean room, good size for two people. It has plenty of both electricity sockets and USB sockets for charging devices. Bed was super comfortable, it was hard to leave it. The bathroom was modern and clean, great shower, with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available. Central location by the Gaslamp Quarter. Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. I was not expecting a free welcome drink and cookies upon check-in, that small gesture really heightened the experience. I absolutely love the pineapple theme and the pet friendliness.

Located 5 minutes’ walk away from Old Mission Santa Ines, this boutique hotel offers a restaurant on site. It features an outdoor pool and hot tub and spacious room with free WiFi. The hotel is simply beautiful. There is a restaurant attached but it was closing when we arrived. The hotel does not offer breakfast. The rooms were spacious (we had a 2 queen beds room), the bathroom was clean and the ammenities nice. The hotel lobby is very beautiful too. The hotel is very well located so we were able to walk around town. The hotel offers complimentary parking outside its premises. The staff recommended us a nice place to have breakfast and it was great (The Belgian Cafe).

The Pacific Ocean is less than 5 minutes’ walk from this Santa Barbara property. Continental breakfast and free WiFi are provided. A refrigerator is included in each room. I travel frequently, LaPLaya is one of the cleanest and nicest motels I have stayed. It’s is immaculately clean, the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when I come here. Perfect!!!
