The people and service were amazing, friendly, professional and always helpful. They went the extra mile to help. The facilities (pool, spa, sauna, gym) were all world-class. If you like to work out, bring some gym shorts and shoes as the gym is very well equipped. Or just relax at the end of the day in the rooftop, heated pool as we did. The food was sublime. Breakfast offered everything you could want and dinner was magnificent. A new creative, delicious menu every night with a variety of choices.

Rooms are also great and spacious, with nice, big windows and balcony. We came by car, so we liked that you could choose between outdoor parking and garage.

The rooms are nice, even on the first floor (I suppose the view is great from the upper floors). The extra tower room above the breakfast room is fantastic! Breakfast itself is ok.

We were two families with young kids and the staff were extremely welcoming, even though we weren’t the quietest party. We wanted to extend our stay and they really helped us out with prices and logistics. The on-site playground next to the restaurant terrace is a great for kids to let off some steam in the morning. The suite was spacious and the beds really comfy. Will definitely return there if I’m ever in the area!

Set in the centre of Bolzano, Villa Jasmine is located 10 minutes' walk from Bolzano's main train station. Featuring free WiFi and air conditioning, the property also offers a quiet inner courtyard. Everything. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and ideally located for the city centre and the train station. The owners were communicative and very welcoming. The free beer was a nice added touch.

Steindl's Boutique Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Vipiteno and 200 metres from the cable car to the Monte Cavallo ski area. It features a sauna and a sun terrace. Det var moderne, lyst og med gode senge og flot badeværelse. Tagterrassen var skøn at vente på indtil check-in. Morgenmaden var vildt imponerende.
