Located in Riscone, Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz - The Leading Hotels of the World features a restaurant with an open kitchen, a bar and a spacious wellness and fitness centre. The hotel was off the charts. The people and service were amazing, friendly, professional and always helpful. They went the extra mile to help. The facilities (pool, spa, sauna, gym) were all world-class. If you like to work out, bring some gym shorts and shoes as the gym is very well equipped. Or just relax at the end of the day in the rooftop, heated pool as we did. The food was sublime. Breakfast offered everything you could want and dinner was magnificent. A new creative, delicious menu every night with a variety of choices.

The rooms are nice, even on the first floor (I suppose the view is great from the upper floors). The extra tower room above the breakfast room is fantastic! Breakfast itself is ok.

We were two families with young kids and the staff were extremely welcoming, even though we weren’t the quietest party. We wanted to extend our stay and they really helped us out with prices and logistics. The on-site playground next to the restaurant terrace is a great for kids to let off some steam in the morning. The suite was spacious and the beds really comfy. Will definitely return there if I’m ever in the area!

Achei o valor um pouco acima na média, já que fiquei em várias outras cidades por perto e o valor foi menor. Mas quanto ao quarto não tenho o que reclamar. Não tem café manhã. O anfitrião envia todas as informações necessárias antes da nossa chegada e a dúvida que tivemos ele nos respondeu por Wpp com muita agilidade. Amamos o local.
