Opp the central Station.. Construction work is going on so no view.. I always get the back side room whenever I have come to this hotel.. Breakfast was good.. Staff is rude to indians.. A lady at the reception misguided us to the routes of hamburg.. She was v shrewd in her talks and was so proud of herself thinking that she knows everything about hamburg v well.. But my dear lady I had asked you that is the entry to Elbphilharmonie chargeble.?? U gave me a v rude answer saying who told you that entry is allowed in that building.. But to ur knowledge entry is free and we went till the top to see the view of hamburg from the building.. So pls study ur work first and reply politely to indians..

It was a feel good experience from the booking procedure until check out. I booked a room as a precuation, while lying on a hospital bed across ten street shortly before midnight. The issue was not serious, so it was unsure if the room would be needed at all- I cancelled it and then went on and tried to revive the booking. Hotel staff was so helpful and the room so great, I was happy for my Asklepios Clinic experience: I would have missed such a great stay!!! The room was vast, with great furniture and all kinds of ameniities, large windows instead of walls and a great view. Breakfast was included and was delicious. The overall ratio quality-price was a win-win experience for me!

The location of the hotel is 🔝. Two metro stations around the corner, walking distance to the city center is short (20-30mins). The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff is very nice. Great value for money.

Wonderful location in the Speicherstadt. The staff really is extraordinarily friendly and courteous. They even let us check-in early without extra charge. Breakfast was delicious, a big spread to choose from. Great bar as well.

The bar in the hotel was great, we had a great experience with the bartender. The room was beautiful and had a great view. The bathroom was nice and big, having both a bathtub and shower separate were nice, and the toilet being in a separate room was also nice. Our balcony was nice and big and also private. The decorations were cute and the lobby was clean and well decorated with friendly front desk staff.

Great location, walking distance to several attractions and shopping areas. The bus to the central station stops right outside and the u bahn is a 5-10 minute walk. Lots of options very close by for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is an early bird discount if you have breakfast in the hotel before a certain time at the weekend as I think they get very busy. It’s right on a very busy road but we asked for a quiet room at the back and heard nothing. We slept very well. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bar is cool and sophisticated with a good selection of wine, beers and cocktails ( expect hotel prices though).
