Did nit have breakfast .. good location .. exceptinal service by Habiba at check in and front deck people through out .. went out their way to help with storage of ekstra luggauge..

The room was big and spacious and the view of room was very beautiful. It was very enjoyable to drink coffee or tea while watching the view from the seats placed in front of the window. The bathroom was spacious. It is very nice to have both a bathtub and a shower. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel cafe was very large, comfortable and stylish. We hosted our friends there. We were very pleased. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. The location of the hotel was also extremely good. It is quite close to the city center. We were able to go by tram to city center and return on foot.

The staff went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and felt welcome after this unexpected turn of events. Being without my luggage, I didn't have access to many of the comforts I typically travel with, but the staff did their best to accommodate in every way they could. The room and bathroom were very clean and this was the most comfortable bed I have slept on in any of my travels through Europe. I was very impressed and almost disappointed that I didn't have more time to spend there. The restaurant also had great food and service was impeccable. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you have an early flight. My uber to the airport cost about 25 euro, and only took 10-15 minutes.

The rooms were clean, simple, and well-decorated, the staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were comfy and the bathroom was very nice. I loved it!
