I requested for a quiet room and got one with a view of the courtyard. Not a nice view but definitely quiet. It was spacious. There were no amenities in the room but you can request for it. So near to the airport. Perfect for morning flights!

Close to the airport, was there for a one-night stay, just to catch our flight the next day. The first room we got smelled like sewage, hence why we contacted the reception, received a new room, which was dirty, hence why we for the second time contacted the reception. This time we got a room that was okay. We also got hot chocolate as compensation, sadly the hot chocolate from the machine tasted absurdly bad, so we did not drink it. I liked the space of the room ,comfort of the bed bathtub big and clean, swimming pool and sauna , existence of a kettle and a choice of teas and some good shops near the hotel, the shuttle service- do not make money on it please, you will lose clients for future and existence of sports facilities nearby. I would recommend you to organize a small library in the hall at least in English and add some English-speaking channels more interesting like BBC 1 AND ONE ITALIAN, SPANISH , GERMAN then I will always choose you RamadaYuryCanada - 10Scored 10

The airport shuttle is convenient, and is also available to take you to the Museumplein in Amsterdam for 10 euros. I wish I had stayed here more days while in Amsterdam, rather than the old hotel in the city center which was high priced and depressing. I was so relieved to check in before departure, for a great hot shower after a bad experience elsewhere. On my first stay, I ate dinner at the hotel buffet which was very good.GanongUnited States

The shuttle bus to airport where we could catch a train into Amsterdam central was useful however we were not told that the drivers have a break between 8 & 9 in the evening so we were left waiting over 1 hour in a snow storm which could have been avoided if the reception staff had informed us when we made the enquiry to use the shuttle.

The hotel facilities were great, and we really enjoyed the Sky Bar. There is a convenient free bus Schiphol, from which you can take a train to Amsterdam. The buffets for dinner and breakfast seemed expensive, but were absolutely value for money and left us very well fed. We were all thrilled!
