The room was amazing, and the beds were super comfy. The grounds are lovely and clean. Beautiful to walk around, and my little girl loved being outside.

Excellent welcome by the gentleman on reception, sorry, never caught his name, but he was lovely. Restaurant and bar staff were very friendly, room was good, and we had a lovely weekend. Parking plentiful, grounds well cared for. Great place to stay.

Stayed 1 night, Lots of people checking in could not access their rooms due to key cards not working. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, did not get much sleep.
Car park was packed with 2 large coaches taking up lots of room. Drove round 3 car parks several times before someone departing vacated a spot. Car park appears to be used for airport parking long stay.
Bathroom was tiny, had a problem getting in due to tight access round the door. Would not stay here again.

I really wish we were only there for one night, I don’t think it was the best of places to stay at, if I had known this would happen I would not stay there, no customer services spent most of my time waiting to speak to reception and not really getting any help

very beautiful area i would recommend staying in the city centre if you don’t drive as my journeys took about 1hr 30 using public transport and from 7-25 mins in the car, you basically can’t walk the bus is your bestie or uber

It is very handy for an early start at the airport although you do have to pay for parking and Wi-Fi in the bedrooms which I would normally expect free. Food was only in the restaurant and extremely below par. No bar snacks which would have been nice as we were only stopping for a short while overnight and didn’t really want a big meal. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms what you’d expect for a budget hotel, clean and comfortable.

Nicely located hotel which is good value for money.
Nicely located hotel which is good value for money. Staff are helpful and pleasant and there are additional facilities such as pool and spa if wanted. Some areas such as the restaurant could be improved. It is a shame to be charged more to use Wi-Fi in the rooms as communal areas are busy and not appropriate for working in.

The hotel was neither outstanding nor poor.
The hotel was neither outstanding nor poor. It served our purposes very well. The staff were courteous and helpful. Overall represented good value for money in a pleasant and quiet location a few miles outside the city
I had gone with low expectations, everyone has heard the horror stories of Britannia Hotels; I was pleasantly surprised! I arrived to a friendly welcome, reasonably priced parking and a clean reception area. I went up to my room and it was spotless, everywhere was clean and, although a little dated, it was all in good working order. The addition of the fridge meant my lunch for the following day was well chilled. Breakfast was good and plentiful
Overnight stay due to stupidly early flight. Basic and a little dated, but rooms are clean, the staff were lovely. Very reasonably priced. Only 5 minutes drive to the airport. It did what it said on the tin. We would use this hotel again if necessary.
The hotel is lovely we stay here wen we going on planes and this time-wasting as we going to mums funeral 😢
It's in a lovely location 😊 and is very nice hotel
Reception staff and bar staff are brilliant friendly and welcoming
The price of the hotel was very reasonable. The room was adequate and we were lucky as our room had a great view (5th floor and at the back of the hotel). The breakfast was good.
For an airport hotel, to close the bar and restaurant before 2130 hrs was unacceptable and unfair. The only refreshments were tea and coffee in the room, without a spoon.
