Really a lovely place, fantastic value.

All of the attractions of the Wirral are close by, including the village of Port Sunlight, the Lady Lever Art Gallery, and the area's many golf courses, including the world famous Royal Liverpool Golf Club at Hoylake (host to the British Open in 2014). We liked the friendly staff,the lovely and clean room,the beautiful art work and the perfect English breakfast.

The units will provide guests with a wardrobe and a kettle. Refurbished recently, the 10 bedrooms are very comfortable and the staff could not have been more helpful. We had a lovely evening meal Al fresco. The only downside was that the room had no Air con and during the hot nights we left the windows open and the M56 traffic noise was invasive throughout the night. We would definitely return there.

Everything was wonderful hosts were on hand when needed and couldn't do enough to help especially when water went off please note not the owners fault work men went through pipe owners swung into action with water and anything else needed 10/10 evening meals and breakfast fantastic !ovely to see all the animals definitely visit again

Situated in Lymm, Lymm Boutique Rooms features city views and free WiFi, 11 km from Tatton Park and 18 km from Trafford Centre. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house has family rooms. The hosts provided very clear instructions for entering the property. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There were tea and coffee facilities with a mini fridge and storage space for clothes. There was a huge bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom had plenty of towel hooks, plus shampoo and shower gel. The shower had great water pressure and the temperature was easy to control. It was exactly what I was looking for in a picturesque place with canals, pubs and cafes nearby. There are lovely areas to walk around, including the dam and surrounding forest, and the canals. I arrived by bus and left by taxi, and I found it simple enough to move around without using a car.
