Set on the beautiful Kona coast, this tropical resort features an oceanfront sun deck, swimming pool and hot tub. The shops and restaurants of downtown Kailua Kona are just 1.6 km away. I stayed at F4, and it was amazing. Sparkling clean, they have everything you need for a pleasant stay: all kitchenware (really, everything) , beach chairs, umbrella even snorkels although we didn't use it since we had ours. There are some people that actually live in the complex and they were very friendly, so were the other guests during our staying, which made wonderful memories from our time in the pool. It is walk distance from the village.

DOWNTOWN LOCATION ! Hawaiian Theme Condo with Hot Tub , Pool & Beach ตั้งอยู่ห่างจากหาด Magic Sands Beach 0 ม. The condo is part of Kona Islander Inn complex, but this particular one is directly handeld by Chris and Heather, as I believe every condo may have different owners. The condo is very clean, smartly furnished so that there is quite a lot of free space but also a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and storage. A small balcony/terrace completes it. The Inn has a common laundry but we didn't use it. The location is literally in the heart of Kailua-Kona. Communication was good! Chris & Heather gave me all the info via the Booking messenger and they were always ready to answer: I asked for a late check out on the last day (2pm instead of 11am) with 2 days advance, and got answered quickly that was possible (extra fee required). We always found a free parking in the parking that serves the whole Inn, but I have the feeling it might become limiting in higher seasons. So overall we were really happy with this choice.

The condo is located close to a couple of popular beaches, a couple of great shopping markets, and within walking distance of the main area of downtown Kona.

Hale Moana , Unit #110 Kona Islander Inn ตั้งตั้งอยู่ในไคลัวโคนาของภูมิภาค Hawaii Island และสามารถไปหาด Magic Sands Beach ซึ่งห่างกันไม่เกิน 500 ม. Fantastic location. Very close to great restaurants and cafés. Lovely decor. It’s been renovated recently. So it’s really nice, clean and pleasant. Comfortable bed. I enjoyed my breakfast on the lovely terrace. There are great equipments for going to the beach although I never had a chance to use them. There are BBQ facilities by their poolside and a spa in the middle of the complex. They all seemed well maintained. I never got to use them as I was busy with my friends’ wedding events. Lori was very quick to respond to my messages and was very nice. I only got to know one receptionist who was there for my check-in and the last day when I checked out. She was also really lovely. Overall, this is a very comfortable and perfect place for a single traveller like myself. I would stay here again. Mahalo Lori. :)

Set in Kailua-Kona, near Hulihee Palace, DOWNTOWN PARADISE GARDEN HOTEL CONDO with Hot Tub, Pool & Beach features free WiFi. The accommodation is air conditioned. Clean, welcoming space, easy walking distance to the downtown Kona area. Chris is an excellent host and great communicator! Would definitely book here again!
