Staff is super kind and helpful. The hotel is newly renovated. So much better than the other hotels. the price is good. Not overpriced like some others. I love how the hotel has it's own van to take you to see the sunrise. It's right behind all the shops and restaurants and the train station. A short walk to the transportation center.

The location was amazing, great to be right up in Alishan for when we took the morning training and it was right next to food and shops. Plus, the staff were super friendly and the place was clean. I recommend the firefly tour at night!
