Wonderful hotel with very friendly service!!! Since the weather was not so great we enjoyed the hotel facilities as fitness studio and sauna. The walk to Lugano takes about 30 minutes and gives you a kind of hiking;)

The location and the service are both good. For the area, the pricing is pretty good. The size of the room is decent. It’s sweet of them to give you chocolate upon arrival. The only product they provide in the bathroom is nice.
